PRODUCTION TIMES
Custom Sublimated Apparel: Approximately 4-5 weeks
Custom Sublimated Apparel: Approximately 4-5 weeks
Screen Printing or Embroidery: Approximately 2 weeks
Production times start after artwork approval.

ARTWORK SERVICES
NCWA GEAR employs in-house graphic designers with a combined experience of over 100 years. That's a lot of knowledge and expertise going into our orders. And, the best part...we never charge for custom artwork services or setup charges.

PAYMENT POLICY
We understand what wrestling teams go through to secure funds. And, we appreciate each order we're awarded. However, it is our policy to ask for a 50% deposit on all orders with balance due at the time of shipping. If paying by credit card, a 3% convenience fee may apply.

If you're paying through a school or organization, purchase orders are acceptable.

Our minimum order is 12. However, exceptions can be made for certain circumstances.
NCWA LOGO LICENSING
NCWA GEAR is licensed to print the NCWA logo on your singlet and other team gear.
COLLEGE LOGO LICENSING
NCWA GEAR is setup with IMG College Licensing (formerly Collegiate Licensing Company) and Learfield Licensing. If your university uses either of these companies to manage licensing, then NCWA GEAR can apply to license your university logo. This process can take approximately 4-6 weeks, depending on the university. And, artwork approval from license manager will be required.
IS COLLEGE APPAREL FOR SALE TO INDIVIDUALS?
No. We can produce team orders only. Our license agreement does not permit us to sell retail to individuals.
